Puff the Puffin is a character designed by illustrator Tol Walker, known as 'Hippotol' on Instagram. It is intended that one day Puff will become a children's toy, D14 has designed a Puff the Puffin 'plushie' soft toy and merchandise in the form of plywood laser cut pin badges.
